Privacy

This page explains what information Storelax Collectables ("we"), collects on storelaxcollectables.com and what we do with it.

When you buy

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, email, and shipping address, and shares your name, email, address and order with us so we can ship it. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Order emails

We use your email to send your order confirmation and, when it ships, your tracking number. These come from orders@storelaxcollectables.com.

The newsletter

If you sign up, we keep your email address, when you signed up and confirmed, and your monthly discount codes (and which order used each one). We use it only to send the monthly newsletter and your codes. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we stop emailing you, and you can ask us to delete your address completely.

When you contact us

If you use a form on this site, we receive what you type in it and use it only to reply to you.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or sell your information.
